Keltie LLP is pleased to announce that we will be moving to a new office on 22 December. For the first time in our history we’ll be heading “South of the River” and will be located at No. 1 London Bridge overlooking the Thames and HMS Belfast in one direction and the London Bridge redevelopment and the Shard in the other direction.
This is an exciting prospect for everyone at Keltie and we’ll no doubt post some images of the move process and our new gaff in due course.
Keltie began as David Keltie Associates back on 12 December 1988 with two fee earners, David Keltie and Rosemary Cardas and was located in Buchanan House on Holborn (the building with HSBC as its current ground floor occupant). Subsequent moves took us to Audrey House on Ely Place in 1992, New Fetter Lane in 1997 and Fleet Place House in 2002.
No. 1 London Bridge will be our fifth office and for the first time we’ll be split over two floors (Floors 6 and 7 of the East Building) with fee earners on Floor 7 and our conference rooms and our client areas on the sixth floor with views of the River.
The move later this month also represents the culmination of an IT project that started a couple of years ago as we complete our transition from a traditional physical file environment to a ‘paperlite’ office. All our case files will be digital rather than paper.
Our new address will be:
Keltie LLP
No.1 London Bridge
London
SE1 9BA
Please update your records accordingly. Please note, our telephone number and email addresses will remain the same.
